Unsuitable and insecure storage premises. We invest in our storage facility to ensure that it remains suitable for its purpose and to keep security consistently at the fore front of our minds.

Incorrect vehicle size allowed for taking into account the accesses, etc. If we believe that access at a collection or delivery address is unsuitable for the required vehicle, we will make alternative arrangements such as a smaller tranship vehicle.  Inevitably, this may make a difference to the cost. Some companies may not allow for this additional service meaning problems on the day of the move.

Non-uniformed staff. We purchase quality, comfortable uniforms for our staff and do not allow them to work without full uniform and safety equipment.

In-experienced staff. Our staff are trained in accordance with BAR and BS 12522 standards and they undergo refresher courses at regular intervals.

Part time or casual labour. All of our crews are on full time contracts and we do not utilise casual / cash in hand staff.

Sub-standard or 2nd hand quality boxes not suitable for the Moving Industry. Our packaging materials are purchased through carefully selected sources and are specifically designed for moving.   

The differentiation between any Goods in Transit /  Storage or Marine Insurance offered.  In the event that a company is not authorised by the Financial Services Authority, liability cover may be offered as an alternative. We do however offer NEW for OLD Insurance cover and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
