Some other companies claim to offer ‘extended liability’ or ‘standard liability’ however this means that should you need to make a claim, you would be claiming against the removal company who may refute liability meaning that you would have to prove that the remover was liable. Even then, the remover only has to repair or replace goods to their second hand value. With our new for old insurance, you would be entitled to make a claim directly against our insurers resulting in a justifiable amount of compensation based on the full repair or replacement cost of the item, not the second hand value.
